EXOLANDER Landing System – DJI Mavic 2

The Exolander for DJI Mavic 2 is a FoxFury landing and lighting system that makes your Mavic 2 a better platform for night and rough-ground work. It suits public safety, search and inspection pilots who need a visible aircraft and safer landings. Lights are sold separately, and you can order the system online here.

Why fit the Exolander for DJI Mavic 2

A Mavic 2 sits low, so its camera and gimbal are close to whatever you land on. The Exolander for DJI Mavic 2 adds landing skids that stabilise the aircraft on snow, mud and uneven ground and help protect the camera from impact.

The frame doubles as a mounting platform. It has 10 hard points for accessories and holds the FoxFury D100 drone light in a position that keeps the centre of gravity balanced.

EXOLANDER Landing System – DJI Mavic 2

Easily identify, locate and assist critical missions using the innovative EXOLANDER© Landing System for the DJI Mavic 2. This advanced system includes:

• DJI Mavic 2 Saddle: The saddle connects the EXOLANDER© frame to the DJI Mavic 2 and can be used to hold (5) D10 or D3060 lights. D10 and D3060 are not included and must be purchased separately. These lights serve as anti-collision lights for night flight regulation compliance.
• EXOLANDER©: This apparatus securely supports the D100 drone light for maintaining proper CG (Centre of Gravity) on the DJI Mavic 2. The EXOLANDER© has 10 hard points for mounting various accessories and may be attached/removed from the DJI Mavic 2 aircraft without tools. D100 Drone light is not included in this package and must be purchased separately or in a different available package
• Landing Skids: The landing skids allow the DJI Mavic 2 to land on snow, mud, and uneven surfaces, protects the camera from impact, and stabilizes the aircraft when landing.

What’s included and what to add

Fitting and care

The Exolander for DJI Mavic 2 attaches and detaches without tools, so you can fit it for night or rough-terrain jobs and remove it for everyday flying. After muddy or snowy landings, wipe the skids and frame clean and check the mounts before the next flight.
