DJI Mavic 3 Thermal 2 Yr Basic Shield

The DJI Mavic 3T 2 Year Basic Shield bundle pairs DJI’s compact Mavic 3 Thermal with a two-year Basic Shield service plan. It suits public safety teams, inspectors and farmers who need thermal and zoom imaging in a drone that fits in a backpack. Order it online here and start flying with support arranged from day one.

Why choose the DJI Mavic 3T 2 Year Basic Shield

The Mavic 3T packs three imaging tools into a folding airframe: a 48 MP wide camera on a 1/2-inch CMOS sensor, a 12 MP tele camera with up to 56x hybrid zoom, and a 640 x 512 thermal camera. You can find a hot spot, zoom in to confirm it and capture context in one flight.

The thermal camera supports temperature measurement and saves radiometric R-JPEG images for later analysis. That makes it useful for reports where a picture alone isn’t enough, such as electrical faults or heat loss from buildings.

DJI rates flight time at up to 45 minutes with the standard battery, and O3 Enterprise transmission reaches up to 8 km under CE conditions. In Australia you still need to follow CASA’s line-of-sight rules unless you hold the right approvals.

Who it suits

Because it is small and quick to deploy, the Mavic 3T suits teams who need answers fast rather than a large, heavy platform that takes time to set up. Common users include:

• Police, fire and SES crews searching for people at night
• Electrical and solar inspectors checking for hot spots
• Farmers locating livestock and checking infrastructure
• Building inspectors looking for heat loss
• Wildlife and environmental teams surveying at dawn or dusk

Why the two-year Basic Shield matters

Enterprise drones work in tough places, and downtime costs money. Buying the DJI Mavic 3T 2 Year Basic Shield bundle means a service plan is in place before the first job, rather than being an afterthought after an incident.

Plan terms are set by DJI, so read the coverage details carefully and keep your aircraft activated and linked to your DJI account as required. Our team can walk you through what to expect before you order.
